Video tutorial for aircraft maintenance - 2026

Maintenix is the software Air France mechanics use to manage every aspect of aircraft maintenance. It is particularly complex, as it covers a wide range of trades. I worked with the Maintenix Academy team, whose role is to teach mechanics the processes specific to Maintenix operations.

I created a video tutorial summarizing the IT steps of the LOG ROB process. To design it, I gathered insights in the field to pinpoint where mechanics struggled to understand, and cross-referenced them with data from all IT operations. The video is aimed at junior mechanics who have not yet acquired the skills to work independently.

I redesigned the interfaces and visually represented each action in the LOG ROB process, using a graphic system that declutters the interface and makes it easier to understand. Everything follows the brand guidelines set by the communications team.
