Chatbot UI video prototype - 2026

Maintenix is the software Air France mechanics use to manage every aspect of aircraft maintenance. It is particularly complex, as it covers a wide range of trades. I joined the project to integrate a chatbot into the software, creating a video prototype to serve as a foundation for developers and to help secure funding.

Working with the Maintenix Academy teams, I synthesized user needs, designed the UX/UI solutions and brought the prototype to life as a video. It walks through the chatbot's features and shows the experience envisioned by the design team, including the ability to open several windows at once, a key process in the mechanics' workflow.
