NARE - visual identity

Visual identity & logo animation - 2024

For my freelance practice, I wanted an identity that conveys a technical approach to motion design and reflects the range of my profile: motion design, graphic design, art direction and strategy.

I built on Eadweard Muybridge's famous sequence of a galloping horse, one of the first moving images created for scientific purposes, to place my work in that lineage. I reworked the sequence by replacing its shades of black and white with the shapes of my four-glyph logo. The resulting animation is used across all my freelance media.

Each of the four glyphs is the logo of one of my activities: motion design, graphic design, art direction and strategy. I designed a dedicated typeface for each one, used to distinguish the different sections of my previous website and in my social media communication.
